Destination Wedding Photography in Delhi NCR & across India

A beautiful setting doesn’t automatically make a wedding easy to photograph. A long walk between event spaces, a ceremony running into dusk or a mountain transfer can change what’s possible. We work through those details with you and your planner before the trip.

As your destination wedding photographer, we discuss event timings, overlapping functions, portrait windows and any access restrictions. We also ask what matters most to you: time with grandparents, a quiet couple session or staying on the dance floor. That helps us build a realistic coverage plan, with breathing room rather than a list of photographs that keeps pulling you away.

Destination celebrations often begin well before the main ceremony. Multi-day coverage lets us follow the welcome gathering, smaller rituals, preparations and wedding events as one connected story. We agree on the functions and coverage windows in advance, including occasions happening in different spaces at the same time.

Your plan includes a travel-ready crew, with photography and cinematography roles matched to the schedule. We coordinate arrival timing, equipment movement and local transfers with the relevant contacts, rather than treating travel as an afterthought.

Crew size, travel, accommodation and any additional coverage are clarified in the proposal. You know what is included before confirming, and your planner has the information needed to coordinate our team.

A palace wedding may call for composed portraits that give the architecture room to breathe. At the beach, we consider wind, strong sunlight and where guests will be facing. In the mountains, shifting weather and shorter usable light can make a flexible portrait window more useful than a fixed slot.

The Wedding Forever suits couples drawn to heritage surroundings, considered compositions and the detail of their celebrations. TWF Studios leans into candid interactions, movement and a contemporary visual style. We’ll talk through your preferences before recommending an approach. Whichever direction you choose, we balance the wider setting with the people and small exchanges you’ll want to remember.

Drone and FPV aerials are included in the coverage plan, with flights subject to permissions, local rules, weather and safe operating conditions. Aerial footage can establish the setting and show how the celebration sits within it. FPV offers a different sense of movement, but it isn’t appropriate for every space or moment.

We discuss feasibility before the wedding and coordinate with the venue and planner where approvals are needed. We don’t promise flights over guests or during sensitive rituals. If flying isn’t permitted or conditions change, ground-based coverage remains the priority. The aim is a well-told wedding film, not an aerial shot at the expense of safety or the ceremony.
