A live camera feed and an edited film played during the reception need different arrangements, so we clarify what you have in mind before confirming the setup. For Delhi NCR and destination celebrations alike, early coordination with the venue’s AV team helps establish screen connections, camera positions and technical responsibilities.

How much time should we allow for stage and family photographs?

It depends on your guest count and the number of group combinations you want. Share a short priority list before the event, and we’ll help plan a realistic window. Having someone from each family identify and gather relatives usually makes the process much smoother.

Can you cover our entry and guests’ reactions at the same time?

We plan camera positions and team coverage around your entry route and the room layout. Tell us about performances, effects or surprise elements beforehand. We’ll explain the staffing needed to cover your arrival and guest reactions, rather than assume one camera can capture every angle.

Are live screens included, or do we need a separate AV team?

Live screen options are discussed when we scope your coverage; they shouldn’t be assumed to include screens or venue AV equipment. We’ll clarify the camera feed, connections and responsibilities with your planner or AV team, and confirm which elements are included in your proposal.

Do you travel for destination receptions, including events on a separate day?

Yes, we cover destination weddings and receptions across India, including receptions held separately from the wedding day. Share the location, dates and event timings so we can plan team availability, travel and coverage. Any travel arrangements and related costs are clarified in the proposal.
